When entering the wrong waiver code on payment step of Online Admissions (OLA), Online Reenrollment (ORE) or Common Forms, the page will refresh and not show an error message. Instead, all steps from the form show below the waiver code input box.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Login to the NetCommunity site and start a form that has a waiver code
Enter any required information to get to the Payment step tab.
Select you have a waiver code and enter anything into the Waiver Code box besides the actual waiver code
Click Review and submit
Observe page reloads and displays Steps from this form below the payment area and no error.
