The Hold Code message that users see on the home page when logging into NetClassroom is "This student is on hold and cannot <action> for the following reasons: <Default Reason from Hold Code>. Please contact <Who to contact from Hold code> to address this situation." However, if the hold code prevents the user from viewing Report Cards, for example, they will see the message "This student is on hold and is not allowed to receive a report card for the following reasons: <Default Reason from Hold Code> - Please have the student contact <Who to contact from Hold code> to address this situation."
The default wording does not match in both places, and is not editable in either place.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
