I already use Aatrix for Payroll, do I need to register again?
No, you will not need to register or install anything differently. You will have access to both 1099s and Tax Forms, but will need to access them through their respected modules. The same eFiling login information can be used for both Tax Forms as well as 1099s.
How much will the eFiling option cost?
Head over to http://www.aatrix.com/partners/blackbaud/ to take a look at all pricing options, as well as a comprehensive list of all forms that Aatrix currently handles.

Contact Blackbaud, we will assist with all error messages. If Aatrix needs to be brought into the call, we will do so.
How do I check on the status of my eFile for...?
Visit https://efile.aatrix.com, log in, then click on the Filings tab to check the real time filing status. If needed contact Aatrix, they will be able to assist and check on eFiling statuses. Blackbaud does not have a way to check this.
Who do I contact if I am unsure about 1099 or Tax rules and regulations?
Contact a tax professional. Neither Blackbaud or Aatrix is qualified to speak to all tax and 1099 rules and regulations, especially state specific issues.
