1. Go to: Communities > Forms and select Single Step Donation
2. Hover over the form name and select Website Info
3. Click Donation Form Options
4. Select Confirmation Text tab
5. Click Advanced Confirmation
6. Mark radio button: Use Advanced Confirmation Setup
7. Click Edit
8. Mark the radio button: Use Customized Text
9. Click Edit Email
10. Place the cursor in the document were you want the designation displayed
11. Click the yellow icon with the red "eF"
12. A window opens, scroll through the fields until you see: Donor Designation (dd_name_amt)
13. Highlight it and click Ok
14. Save and publish the form
