When buying tickets in Online Sales, multiple delivery methods can be available, such as eTickets, Will Call, and In person. These will show online and the customer can choose any of these options, even if eTickets is the default delivery method. In some cases, you do not want all these methods available, but instead you want the patron to only be able to select eTickets. This solution walks you through these steps.
Go to Tickets > Sales Methods.
Choose Online Sales.
Go to the Delivery Methods tab.
Click on each delivery method other than eTickets and click Remove.
Note: This change will apply to all online ticket sales, so all programs and events will only have eTicket as the delivery method.
