Error: Run-time error '11' when running X or Y Report in Store Operations POS

In Store Operations POS of RMS, when users click the X or Y Report button, they receive the following error:

Error: Run-time error '11'

The receipt does not print, and you are forced to close the program and log back in.
To resolve this error, remove the store logo from your receipts in RMS.

1. Open Store Operations Administrator.
2. Go to File, Configuration.
3. Go to the Register tab.
4. Remove the file path from the Store logo field.
5. Click OK.

When you run the X or Y Report from POS, they should now print with no issues.
