- Find the Tribute ID for the gift which will be listed in the QPM error
- Once you have the ID go to the Tribute page in LCRM
- Check to see if Convio_Tribute_ID listed on the page. If not select Edit Layout in the top right hand corner
- Add Convio_Tribute_ID to the page layout
- If the field is blank enter the Tribute ID collected from the error and save the changes
- Return to QPM and select Rebuild Error
