A constituent does not wish to receive emailed receipts for credit card donations, but the auto-responders are automatic. Is there any way to do this without removing their email completely? I would like to be able to still send other emails, but somehow mark as not receiving emailed receipts. Is there any way to stop email auto-responders for specific people?
It not possible to opt out of autoresponder emails. However, it is possible to disable autoresponders for a particular form or event, but this would apply to all constituents who have taken action in the event, form, etc.
