Fields will not auto-populate if they are not mapped properly and if the information does not exist on The Education Edge record.
In The Education Edge:
- Log in to The Education Edge Registrar's Office Module
- Click Records > Students
- Open the student record that the information is not auto-populating for
- Click the Relationships tab
- Verify there are relationships and reciprocal relationships listed and correct. Note the Relationship listed.
- Log in to NetCommunity
- Click Site Explorer > Forms
- Click the pencil icon to edit the reenrollment form that is not auto-populating
- Click the pencil icon for the relationship that is not auto-populating from the menu to the left (Such as Father/Guardian 1)
- Mark the Include Education Edge data checkbox
- Include the correct relationships that were on the record in the Selections box
- Click Save
- Click the pencil icon to edit the relationship's address (Such as Father/Guardian 1 Address)
- Mark the Include Education Edge data checkbox
- Click Save
- Click the plus sign to expand the relationship address fields out
- Click the pencil icon to edit the relationship's contact information (Such as Father/Guardian 1 Phone)
- Mark the Include Education Edge data checkbox
- Click Save
Note: If the relationship address checkbox is not marked to include Education Edge data, then contact information checkbox will be grayed out, and the contact information won't show.
