The RE user login is not linked to the assigned solicitor constituent record in The Raiser's Edge:
  1. In The Raiser's Edge, select Admin.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Open the RE username by double-clicking or highlighting the name and clicking Open.
  4. Click on the binoculars in the Constituent Name field and search for the constituent record of the RE User.
  5. Select Open.
  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. Log out and back into the Mobile App.

The user is not an assigned solicitor on the action. Add the solicitor to the action record. (Note: This must be a solicitor, not under Users To Notify. Past Due and Future actions are not the same as the Action Reminder Dashboard visible in The Raiser's Edge application.)


Future Actions list only for the next 7 days based on the Action Date. If the future date is 8 days or later, it will not list.
