We're having an issue with some constituent data being capitalized, such as names and emails. Some of the street addresses contain unusual punctuation and acronyms. We would like to standardize all of this data if possible, so that we can have consistent data between Luminate and our offline CRM.
To enable the formatting/validation tools, Contact Support and provide this article number. After Luminate Support has enabled the standardization, it's important to note that it isn't retroactive; meaning it won't instantly affect existing constituents. Biographical information on the constituent records would need to be updated in order for our data cleaning rules to trigger.
