Email process runs slowly since applying Patch

Since applying Patch 101 to their Production environment, SPLC has noticed their email process taking much longer to run (up from 45 mins to over 3 hours).

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
