1. Log in to NetCommunity as a supervisor user
  2. Click on Users & Security > Users
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the specified user
  4. Click the Break Link button to break the link for Raisers Edge record
  5. Click the Break Link button to break the link for the Education Edge record at the bottom of the page
  6. Change the username and password for the user
  7. Click the Save button at the top of the page
  8. Open the specified user record in The Education Edge
  9. Enter the same username and password from above
  10. Click Save and Close
  11. Click on the NetCommunity button on the left of The Education Edge window
  12. Click Add Users to NetCommunity
  13. Run the add users utility again to link the user


If the record fails, finish processing the failed record (BB745948). The user should now be able to log in to the NetCommunity site.
