Outlook 2013 takes longer to open when integrated with The Raiser's Edge.

When integrating Outlook 2013 with The Raiser's Edge, users may notice that Outlook will hang and take longer to open when loading the RE7 Outlook Add-In. Specifically it will hang at the step "Loading Add-ins (# of #) Blackbaud RE7 Outlook Add-In."

This was resolved in The Raiser's Edge 7.96, patch 4, released in May 2017 and applied to databases in Blackbaud Hosting Services. If your database is installed locally, download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
