We have been getting a number of complaints from our field staff about an error message when trying to run reports. The report says that it is generating, but eventually displays an error message that says:
The results are not available at this time. Check the Report Results list for the status.
Could this be a system issue within Luminate?
That error displays after roughly 10 seconds of attempting to deliver the data immediately. Some reports are too big to generate in this amount of time. In this scenario, a regular administrator would just click on the Results tab and wait for the report to finish there. The reporting feature for Event Managers is built on the same platform as normal administrators in Luminate, but it looks a little different. Event Managers should once again click on the Reports tab and click Report Results. They will see their report queued there.
