Received online sale alert to notify of a sale but cannot find order in Altru

Sometimes a user will receive an online sale alert to notify them an online sale has been made; however, when searching on that order number, it cannot be found.   
Try each of the following steps until the issue is resolved: 
  1. Go to Sales > Unresolved Online Sales Order.  If the order is here, click on the order.  Then, click View Unresolved Online Sales Order to try and correct the error and complete the sale.
  2. Rather than an order search, search for the constituent, then click on Sales Orders under More Information.  See if the order shows here.
