At the bottom of each Online Express email blast is an Unsubscribe link. If the recipient clicks on that, then they'll be able to remove their email from all further email marketing communications. After a constituent opts out of emails or clicks on the Unsubscribe link accidentally, they may want to opt back in at a later time to re-subscribe to emails. How can I add an email address back to Online Express after a constituent unsubscribes or opts out of emails?
Once a constituent opts out, Blackbaud cannot remove the constituent from the opt out list and add them back.
