Not all Membership Terms appear in the drop down when selling a membership in Altru

When selling a membership in Altru, in which the program allows multiple terms, one may see that not all the terms appear as an option in the drop down menu.

  1. From the membership page in Altru click on the intended Membership Program
  2. Click on the Terms and Level tab
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to the word "Edit." 
  4. Then click on the prices tab in the Edit window.
  5. See the columns with terms listed. 
  6. Mark the boxes under the Term and next to the level in which you want to allow a multiple terms 
  7. Click Save
  8. Add a membership and now see that the desired term appears.
