The Financial Edge does use some Internet Explorer components to render the screens. Try the following steps to resolve the error:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner then Internet Options
3. Go to the Security tab
4. Select the Internet zone
5. Click the Custom Level button
6. Scroll down to Downloads
7. Mark Enable for the File Download section
8. Click Apply and OK
9. Close out of the Internet Explorer browser
