We have a Donation Campaign configured to use our Default Merchant Account, but we need to change the bank account associated with the Merchant Account. How can we go about changing this bank information and what will happen to the current sustaining gifts once this change is made?
The bank account that is being used by your Default Merchant account can be changed by Luminate Support. Please Contact Support and reference this article.
The sustaining gifts that were setup for one account will continue to process and put money in to the same bank account. When the Merchant Account is changed to use a different bank, then all future sustaining gifts will begin to flow to the newly selected account.
