When building a query in Altru one may receive the following error message: Unable to save query definition. The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan. This is a rare event and only expected for extremely complex queries or queries that reference a very large number of tables or partitions. Please simplify the query. If you believe you have received this message in error, contact Customer Support Services for more information.
This occurs when the queries being used in the mailing are too complex. Below are two items to check to update the queries:
  1. Change the selections being used in the mailing from Dynamic to Static selections, then re-run the mailing.
  2. Try simplifying the query definition. Breaking the query up into several different queries and then merge together.
