In order to allow users to save the forms, a login will be required to fill out the forms. Follow the steps below to edit the form to require a login:
  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. Click Site ExplorerForms
  3. Click Pencil icon to edit form
  4. Click Login tab
  5. Mark checkbox for Require login
  6. Mark checkbox for Allow users to save form
  7. Click Save and Close
