We can move the documents from one folder to another folder in the Files section of NetCommunity. This will move the documents from one part to another.  Follow the steps below to do this.
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity site 
  2. Edit the document page that you want to remove the documents from
  3. Edit document part
  4. Make note of the folder name in the field Select Folder from Files
  5. Click Cancel
  6. Edit the document page that you want to move the documents to
  7. Edit the document part
  8. Make note of the folder name in the field Select Folder from Files
  9. Click Cancel
  10. Click Site ExplorerFiles
  11. Click the filename from step 4
  12. Mark the checkboxes for the documents that you would like to move
  13. Click the Move button
  14. Select the file from step 8
  15. Click the Move button
  16. Repeat steps 12 - 15 for each document that needs to be moved
The document should now be moved from one document part to another. Please cut the document part off the old page, or delete the old page.
