e-Ticket barcode is not scanning properly

When scanning an e-Ticket, some additional characters may be added to the end of the ticket number.  These are characters such as ~aeaf or ~dccb. 
When scanning etickets, not tickets printed from Daily Sales, additional characters will be added when scanning.  However, this does not mean that Altru will not recognize the ticket.  This is how etickets are designed.

If you are receiving errors about the eticket, go to Tickets > Ticket Scanning Options and edit your ticket scanning options so that the ticket is accepted when scanned.
