This can be done by doing a Custom Constituent Import using a .csv file containing the data that you would like to upload.
  1. Use this Custom Constituent Import guide to help you prepare your .csv file that will be used in the upload.
  2. Go to Data Management > select Import/Export.
  3. Click "Create Custom Constituent Import."
  4. Give the import a name.
  5. Choose a file to upload by clicking Browse under step 3. One-Time or Scheduled.
  6. Click Next.
  7. The values under File Header are the Column Headers in your .csv file. This is where you'll map the column headers to the Luminate Online Fields.
  8. Click Next and skip step 3. Center Selection.
  9. Choose the appropriate Data Decision.
  10. Click Next.
  11. Click Finish and Import.
You can see the results of your import by going to the Operation Results tab.
