The file that I am attempting to upload to my eCommerce store is producing a technical difficulties error. How can I add my file so that my constituents can download the product directly?
Digital Download files have a break limit of 10MB when uploading them directly into Luminate. Any files larger than 10MB will need to be uploaded to your FTP and referenced as a URL for download access. Follow the steps as outlined in this solution for more information on how to access your FTP.
Once you have uploaded the file to your FTP, you will need to establish the URL in which constituents can access the download file. The URL formula is as follows: www.myorganization.org/site/FTPFilePath where the file path is the folder(s) in which the file exists in. For example, if you uploaded the file to the "My Downloads" folder on your FTP server, the URL would be as follows: www.myorganization.org/site/MyDownloads/MyDownloadFile.pdf.
