This can occur when the HTML is retaining previous information. If the email content has been edited multiple times, additional HTML tags can accumulate and cause unwanted rendering.

You can utilize the HTML Clean Up tool within the editor:
  1. Navigate to the Advanced Confirmation Setup for your Initiative
  2. Click the Clean Up HTML icon (it looks like a paint brush)
  3. Click Clean Up <Span> tags
  4. Click Clean Up <Font> tags
  5. Close the window
  6. Click Save
  7. If you working within an initiative, navigate back the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
