When an individual participant signs in to their personal fundraiser account, they can send an email to raise money, to get people to join their team, or to thank donors. Your organization sets these templates up on step 7: Email Options of the Personal Fundraiser setup. Currently the participant is able to select the templates, but nothing loads in the subject line or body of the email.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Workarounds: The participant will need to type their own subject line and message in the body of the email.
