When attempting to access the configuration settings via the NetCommunity Web Server through localhost/configuration.aspx, a blank page or error is returned.
The configuration settings can also be accessed through IIS. To view the page:
1. Open IIS and expand the Default Web Site 2. Click on NetCommunity 3. At the bottom of the IIS window, select "Content View" 4. Right click on Configuration.aspx, and select "Browse"
If the configuration page is still inaccessible, it may be necessary to do a repair on the NetCommunity installation. If the repair fails, an uninstall/reinstall may be necessary in order to correct the files, and allow access to the configuration settings.
