To ensure a Sphere user no longer has access to Sphere, you can either delete the user or mark their record as inactive.

To delete a Sphere user. (BB719998)

Mark the record inactive:

  1. Navigate to Control>Administration>Organization Setup>Manage Users
  2. Click the username of the user to be marked inactive
  3. Select the Functional Access tab
  4. Click Edit
  5. Next to Set this user to Inactive at this date: enter a date or select a date by clicking the Calendar icon
  6. Click Save
  • Note: it can take up to 24 hours for the record to become inactive, even if a post date is selected
