ETL Refresh fails to get all changed information

The purpose of the ETL Refresh is to get all changed data in to the Data Warehouse since the last time the Reset/Refresh was completed. This solution is for when all data does not get picked up by the process.

Steps to Duplicate:

1. Add a recurring gift
2. Add a payment to one of the recurring gift installments
3. Run the ETL
4. Run the following SQL (update the Constituent Lookup ID to match your record):

select i.*
from BBDW.FACT_FINANCIALTRANSACTION f
inner join BBDW.FACT_FINANCIALTRANSACTIONLINEITEM l on f.FINANCIALTRANSACTIONFACTID = l.financialtransactionfactid
inner join BBDW.FACT_RECURRINGGIFTINSTALLMENTPAYMENT ip on ip.FINANCIALTRANSACTIONLINEITEMFACTID = l.FINANCIALTRANSACTIONLINEITEMFACTID
inner join BBDW.FACT_RECURRINGGIFTINSTALLMENT i on i.RECURRINGGIFTINSTALLMENTFACTID = ip.RECURRINGGIFTINSTALLMENTFACTID
inner join BBDW.DIM_CONSTITUENT c on c.CONSTITUENTDIMID = f.CONSTITUENTDIMID
where c.constituentlookupid = '8-10000910'

5. This should return at least one row
6. Edit the recurring gift
7. Change the Next Transaction Date
8. Run the ETL
9. Run the SQL from Step 4 again
10. No records are returned

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Workaround: Run an ETL reset rather than refresh.

Environment
