Order does not open from Order Search or Pick Up Tickets Search

You may find that when you search for an order through Order Search/Pick Up Tickets Search and click to open the order, nothing happens. The order does not open. 
This only seems to occur with Pay on Arrival Orders.

Alternate Solutions: 
  1. Run the Order with Balance Due report. Click the link on the Report to open the order in the Advance sales page
 OR
  1. Build a Sales Order query to find sales orders with a status of Reserved. 
  2. Use query Browse to access these orders through the Advance Sales page.
