When adding a new task with an Action Type of BrowseQueryResults and a Query Type of SmartQueryInstance users are unable to search for the correct smart query instance.

Administrative users have the ability to add new tasks in CRM. When adding a task with an Action Type of BrowseQueryResults and Query Type of SmartQueryInstance, users may notice that they are unable to search for a smart query instance. When clicking the search icon next to the Smart Query Instance field, the Ad-hoc Query Search Form appears.
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
