Crystal Reports do not export to a local hard drive in Blackbaud Hosting Services using RE: Queue

Users may experience when exporting a Crystal Report via RE: Queue on demand or scheduled, the queue runs, however the file doesn't fully export when a local drive location is specified.  The file appears in the location specified momentarily, but is immediately over written due to no data being in the file.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative Solution:
Set the Queue to Export to the Files Folder, the issue does not occur.
