The Contact Information plug-in can be used to resolve the relationship phone numbers and email addresses that now appear on constituent records in 7.94 and are marked as Active. The plug-in will only include contact information that is currently active in the database. Inactive contact information is not included. Constituent records that had contact information marked as inactive or deleted prior to running the plug-in may not appear in the plug-in results.

To include affected records, open the constituent record and mark the duplicate phone number as Active.
