When copying and pasting a name with an apostrophe from MS Word, neither the constituent add nor the constituent search forms recognize the apostrophe.

Names such as O'Donnell, which contain an apostrophe in them, when copied from MS Word and pasted into the constituent search form are not found by the search.  If they are pasted into an add form, they can create duplicate records since the apostrophe is not recognized.

Workaround:  Type the name into the form directly, or copy from another type of document, like Notepad, that has different formatting for the apostrophe.
This is due to Microsoft Word formatting.  There are no plans to address smart quote normalization throughout the entire application at this time, but there is an IdeasPortal suggestion located here:  https://bbcrm.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CRM-I-2113.
