When viewing the Blackbaud NetCommunity Configuration Test Page (https://yourdomain.tld/testconfig.aspx), the following error may appear next to a "FAILED" test result for the "RE7 WS" or "WS" component [the message can appear for different specific tests of those components]:

This problem may also cause users who have access to the Blackbaud NetCommunity bar in their web browsers when they log in to experience the "The connection to the back office web server has been lost" error message discussed on pages 1-3 of the Blackbaud NetCommunity Troubleshooting Guide.
This error is a result of the Raiser's Edge Web Server not having enough disk space to operate the Raiser's Edge Web Service successfully.
To resolve, increase the available disk space on the Raiser's Edge Web Services (REWS) server to resolve this issue.
