I have seen several instances where a constituent fills out an Action Alert and this causes several of the fields on their profile to be blank. Why is this happening and what can I do to stop it?
This is likely occurring because the questions on your Action Alert are set to update the constituent record but are not required. If these questions are not required and the constituent does not fill out the fields, they will always overwrite as blank. We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
