• Verify that this value is in the export
  • Verify that the Select Expert is not excluding this value from the report
  • Verify that the report is linked to the correct export data file (.mdb)
  • If the group is sorted in a specific order:
    1. Right-click on the Group Header section and select Change Group
    2. Go to the Specified Order tab
    3. Verify that the value is in the list. If not, add it.
