Error: File transformation failed: Error downloading file. Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'CnMkInfoCnRev2RecurringGiftPaysRecurringGiftD' - when running an export queue process"

Data export queue process error: "File transformation failed: Error downloading file. Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'CnMkInfoCnRev2RecurringGiftPaysRecurringGiftD'. Incorrect syntax near 'CnMktInfoCnRev2RecurringGiftPaysRecurringGiftD'."  This process should deliver a zipped Constituent export file to an FTP site.
This error message indicates that the amount of time allowed for a Custom File Download has been exceeded.  You should evaluate the custom file download process to determine if there are issues with the customization that may be causing it to run for a longer time than expected.

However, it is also possible to increase the timeout value to see if an increased wait time will allow for the download to complete.  To do this, you can add the following key under the AppSettings section of the web.config.

<location path="Download/CustomFileDownload.ashx">

    <!-- The download page will timeout if a report takes longer to generate than the executionTimeout. -->

    <system.web>

      <!-- The execution timeout is in seconds.  By default it is 110. -->

      <httpRuntime executionTimeout="3600" />

    </system.web>

  </location>
