Appeal Cards do not add appeals to constituent records or update number solicited on appeal record

 When under Mail and in Appeals Cards, on the Format tab in Output Options users can select to add the appeal to the constituent record and update the number solicited for that appeal on the appeal record. Some users that select this option find that after running the appeal cards, the constituent record does not get updated with the appeal and the number solicited does not get updated on the appeal record. 
If you encounter this issue in the latest version and patch of Raiser's Edge please contact support and reference this article.
