A constituent can be opted out of site wide email via one of the follow for methods Unsubscribe Link, Constituent Update, Administrator Update or Data Sync. A query can be built and run to show all constituents that have been opted out of site wide email as the method by which they were opted out. Please refer to the steps below for how you can configure a query to obtain this information. 
  1. In Luminate Online go to Data Management > Query
  2. Click Create a new Query
  3. Name your query, give it a description, and click save
  4. For Field Type: select Email in the drop down
  5. For Field: select Accept Email
  6. Click Add Field Clause 
  7. In the new window change the first drop down to equals and the second to false then click save
  8. For Field Type: select Email in the drop down
  9. For Field: select Opt-out Method
  10. Click Add Field Clause
  11. Select is not blank in the first drop down, leave the second drop down blank and click save
  12. Click and highlight the text that reads OR Opt-Out Method is not blank (If the text reads And Opt-Out Method is not blank you can skip to step 14)
  13. Click And
  14. Click Save Query
  15. Click Run Query
