Relationship maps are missing from Constituent records

When users access the relationships tab on a contituent record, relationship maps is no longer there.

For customers that have the Enterprise product unlocked, all Researchpoint functionality will be available.  To determine what products are unlocked, review the installed product list that can be accessed by selecting 'About Blackbaud CRM' under the 'Welcome [Your Name]' menu in the top right corner of the application.  If the Enterprise product is unlocked it will show as an Installed product.

Researchpoint does not need to be unlocked when the Enterprise product is unlocked - this will cause relationship maps to be missing from constituent records.

If you require a lock code for Researchpoint due to the missing Relationship maps:

Contact Support and reference this article.

In the case notes, request a lock code for Researchpoint and provide the serial number for your Blackbaud CRM database.  The serial number is available by selecting the 'About Blackbaud CRM' option from within the application.

Once provided, the lock code can be entered by selecting 'Unlock optional modules' under the 'Welcome [Your Name]' menu in the top right corner of the application.
