When viewing the NetCommunity tab of a Raiser's Edge Constituent Record there may be emails present from another Raiser's Edge record.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into Raiser's Edge.
Open a Constituent record.
Click the NetCommunity tab on Constituent record. Notice there is no red check on NetCommunity tab.
With NetCommunity tab open, set 'email received' view to 'all dates'.
Notice emails that were sent to a different email address. That email address is associated with another record or spousal record.
View NetCommunity user account and note that the record with wrong email address is linked to the correct record in Education Edge and does not indicate an incorrect linking to original constituent record in Step 2.
