Users may want to report on students' last term enrolled at a school. This can be reported on through a Student Export.
1. Create a new student or applicant export. (BB143385) 2. On the Filters tab, filter on any appropriate information. 2. On the Output tab, drop down next to Student and select any pertinent student information (First Name, Last Name, etc.). 3. Drop down next to Schedule and select Academic Year. In the General tab select 1 class to Export. Order Classes By Academic Year in descending order. Leave the Filters tab to all. 4. Click OK 4. Under Schedule drop down next to Meetings and select Term. Select 1 meeting to export, only including the first meeting. Order Meetings by Term in descending order. 5. Export Now or preview to see the results.
