A trailing space in the zip code in the TeamRaiser event configuration is the most common reason an event would not show up in the search results.  To check the zip code for the event, follow these steps:
  1. On the TeamRaiser list, click Edit next to the event name.
  2. Click 3. Select Event Options.
  3. Under Related Actions on the left, click Identify Location Details.
  4. Scroll down to 5. Zip Code and confirm that the 5-digit zip code is correct and there are no extra spaces after the value.
