When skipping an installment on a recurring gift, you must enter a reason for skipping. However, this is not a code table entry and cannot just be typed in "on the fly." The reason codes are defined in Revenue > Reason Codes > Revenue tab > Recurring gift status change. However, when you go to this section, you may not see Recurring gift status change as a section.

Steps to Duplicate
Log in as any user.
Go to Revenue > Reason Codes > revenue tab.
See that there is no Recurring gift status change section.
