The Reply-To Email Address field for coaching emails can be blank if the TeamRaiser itself has a Sender Email Address set in the Advanced Options. The explanation of the Reply-To Email Address field is referring to the Sender Email Address of the TeamRaiser itself, not the Sender Email Address field for the coaching email. If this is not set, then you will receive this error when setting up your coaching emails.

The Sender Email Address can be set in the TeamRaiser with these steps:
  1. Edit the TeamRaiser in question
  2. Step 3. Select Event Options
  3. Edit Advanced Options
  4. b. Define Event Options
  5. Step 7. Sender Email Address
  6. Add the address
  7. Click Save
