I am trying to change my email address on my profile on blackbaud.com and it tells me the email address is already in use. How do I change my email address? I registered my new email address to have an Blackbaud ID account and now I can't update my email address on blackbaud.com. I receive an Unknown Error when changing my email address.
The email address you want to use cannot be updated in your Blackbaud Omnibar Login Account if you created another account for this email address. If you created a separate account for this email address, chat with support and when advised by your analyst, follow the steps below to log in with that email address:
