The email address you want to use cannot be updated in your Blackbaud Omnibar Login Account if you created another account for this email address. If you created a separate account for this email address, chat with support and when advised by your analyst, follow the steps below to log in with that email address:
  1. Log out of blackbaud.com.
  2. Clear your browser cookies and cache.
  3. Log in with your correct email address and password.
