The Raiser's Edge All Versions The Raiser's Edge version 7.94:
  • A patch resolves the issue that causes phone numbers to be duplicated when updating records with AddressFinder Results and marking to Save old addresses in The Raiser's Edge version 7.94 (This patch has been applied to all Blackbaud hosted Raiser's Edge databases).
    The patch is available for Download. Click Download Data in the Data Health Center to download your AddressFinder results and then apply the patch. 

Blackbaud CRM:
  • We are making updates to the Data Tune-Up service in Blackbaud CRM. While establishing the upgrade and maintenance program for Data Tune-Up in Blackbaud CRM, we have discovered an opportunity to make the service more stable and secure. At this point, please follow the normal steps for downloading and updating your records with the AddressFinder results. 
  • An issue that causes the duplication of address lines when the address field includes an empty row was investigated and resolved.  The scenario was a rare occurrence and most client's did not experience any problems.  
    • This issue has been resolved for 3.0 customers with the release of SP 12
    • This issue has been resolved for 4.0 customers with the release of SP 3
  • The following error message may have occurred while downloading your results for AddressFinder: An error occurred before executing the process ‘AddressFinder Get Process’ : Failed to process results file. Exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
    This error could be due to one of the following issues: 
    • Blank addresses being submitted to AddressFinder 
    • A submitted address or constituent being deleted or merged before the AddressFinder results were returned.
    We improved how the Data Tune Up handles the above situations so that they don't prevent the file from being downloaded.
    • This issue has been resolved for 3.0 customers with the release of SP 3 Patch 75
    • This issue has been resolved for 4.0 customers with the release of SP 5
Altru:
  • We are making updates to AddressFinder™ in Altru. While establishing the upgrade and maintenance program for AddressFinder in Altru, we have discovered an opportunity to make the service more stable and secure. At this point, please follow the normal steps for downloading and updating your records with the AddressFinder results.
